News: Changi T4 Blossom Lounge – now on Priority Pass

Changi's latest third-party lounge, located in the new T4, is now on Priority Pass.

They’ve finally put pen to paper, signed the contract, and you can now enjoy the latest third-party lounge offering at Changi Airport Terminal 4 with your Priority Pass card.

To be honest – it should have been done before the lounge was even opened – especially considering that the owners (SATS and Plaza Premium) both have a long-standing relationship with Priority Pass through their lounges in the other Changi terminals.

Moreover – Priority Pass is one of the most popular lounge access schemes out there, so if you were going to negotiate access with anyone, you would logically head to them first. To us, it was quite confusing this wasn’t done on opening.

The Blossom Lounge now appears on the Priority Pass website

We did a full review of the Blossom Lounge just 3 days after opening and you can read it here. At first the lounge was offering a discounted entry fee for Priority Pass holders, but was still awaiting a formal agreement, so you had to rely on one of the other lounge access cards they were accepting, or pay for access.

Bottom line – we like it a lot. The design is spacious and thoughtful, the food is good and the inclusion of a manned bar and showers make it stand out from the rest. Even the Cathay Pacific lounge directly opposite lacks a manned bar and showers! Of the lounges we have reviewed so far at Changi, we rated it highest among the third-party offerings.

SATS Premier Lounge T3 Nov ’17 3star
Blossom Lounge T4 Oct ’17 4star
Cathay Pacific Business Lounge T4 Oct ’17 4star

A Priority Pass card will allow you access, and it may even grant you a guest – depending on your membership level. You’ll be able to enjoy food, beverages, a shower and access to the many seating options including the ‘productivity pods’.

There are some additional chargeable services like massages and sleeping rooms, but at the time of writing they aren’t open yet. The full price list can be found here.

If you still don’t have a Priority Pass card – you should really consider signing up for a credit card that provides free membership – like the Citi Prestige MasterCard. You can also choose to sign up directly with Priority Pass. Otherwise, this is one of the lounges that allows paid access with no membership – so all is not lost.

Update 24th December 17:50
