Singapore Airlines is increasing its flight schedule to and from Brisbane later this year, with a fourth daily flight reinstatement four days per week from early August, bringing total frequencies on the route to 25 per week, nearly 90% of pre-COVID levels.
To celebrate this increase, the airline is offering 25% off Saver redemption rates on these new flights for their first full month of operation, for those who book between now and 8th April 2024.
This promotion runs alongside KrisFlyer’s ongoing Spontaneous Escapes deal, with 30% off a much wider range of global routes for those who book by 30th March 2024, for travel in April 2024.
‘New Flights’ promotion: 25% off Saver awards
Singapore Airlines is offering 25% off award seats in Business Class and Economy Class on its brand new flights between Singapore and Brisbane for the first month of their operation, from 4th August 2024 to 4th September 2024.

The reinstated SQ265/266 flights are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, in addition to the three daily services already operating on this city pair.

07:00 – 16:35 - SQ266: Brisbane – Singapore
18:10 – 00:10(+1)
This is an early morning departure from Changi with an afternoon arrival in Brisbane, while in the return direction an evening departure touches down back in the Lion City just after midnight.
Like all services on the Brisbane route, the two-class Airbus A350 Medium Haul aircraft is used, with 2018 Regional Business Class seats installed, plus an Economy Class section.
Do note that the airline is offering this discount in its “Promo” award category, which means you’ll need to have relatively firm travel plans in order to commit – since the miles are not refundable if you don’t take the flight, and no changes are allowed.

- Redeem online at singaporeair.com or via the SingaporeAir mobile app between 25th March 2024 and 8th April 2024.
- Travel dates: 4th August 2024 to 4th September 2024.
- Valid for new flights on this route: SQ265 / SQ266.
- Flights are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Book one-way legs if the discount only applies on one of the two (or more) flights you need. You cannot book one-way Promo and one-way Saver / Advantage awards in the same booking.
- You cannot waitlist for Promo redemptions.
- For any flights cancelled by SIA, or if a Promo flight was removed from a your booking due to COVID-19 and governmental regulatory changes, the miles redeemed in the unused portion of the ticket will be refunded, with no additional fees charged.
- Requests to change any booking details, or to retain the ticket for future use, will not be granted.

As part of this deal, Singapore Airlines is also offering 25% bonus miles accrual when you make a Brisbane to Singapore cash booking on these new flights, for travel between 4th August 2024 and 4th October 2024.
Travel must be for a ticket originating in Brisbane, it is not valid for one originating in Singapore.
Bonus miles are applicable for one-way or return travel, if you choose the eligible flights, and they may take up to four weeks to be credited to your account after you have completed your travel.
