OCBC Voyage restricts free limo service to airport transfers only

The OCBC Voyage card is scaling back one of its more flexible perks, with complimentary limo rides restricted to airport transfers only from 24th November 2025.

One of the standout features of the OCBC Voyage card has always been the versatility of its complimentary limousine service. Unlike most competing cards that restrict limo rides to Changi Airport, Voyage cardholders can use their allocation for trips to and from a much wider range of locations.

Unfortunately, that’s about to change.

From 24th November 2025, OCBC Voyage limo rides will only be available for travel to and from Singapore’s two passenger airports: Changi Airport (T1, T2, T3 and T4) and Seletar Airport.

“From 24 November 2025, our limousine service will only support rides to and from Seletar Airport and Changi Airport (all terminals). Rides involving bus terminals and ferry terminals will no longer be available.”

This means the following locations will no longer be eligible for complimentary limo rides:

  • Marina Bay Cruise Centre
  • Harbourfront Ferry Terminal (Singapore Cruise Centre)
  • Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
  • Queen Street Bus Terminal
  • Woodlands Checkpoint
  • Tuas Checkpoint

The rest of the terms for complimentary limo rides will remain unchanged. Principal OCBC Voyage cardholders who spend at least S$12,000 per calendar quarter continue to receive up to two complimentary limo rides per quarter, capped at eight rides per calendar year.

OCBC Premier Private Client Voyage cardholders still benefit from unlimited airport transfers with no minimum spend requirement.

The broader pick-up and drop-off options were genuinely useful for travellers departing Singapore through alternative routes.

Cruise passengers heading to Harbourfront, ferry travellers to Batam or Bintan via Tanah Merah, and those crossing into Malaysia through the land checkpoints could all take advantage of the flexibility of this service. Even Queen Street Bus Terminal, primarily used for cross-border bus services to Johor Bahru, was a convenient option for those dining in nearby Jalan Besar or the Arab Quarter!

While the Queen Street Bus Terminal option may have been subject to some creative interpretations of ‘travel’, we feel it would have been reasonable to retain at least the ferry and cruise terminal options, which represent legitimate departures from Singapore.

This change brings the OCBC Voyage card more in line with industry norms, as virtually all other credit cards offering complimentary limo services restrict them to Changi Airport transfers only.

Notably though, the Voyage card remains the only one we know of that still retains the city’s smaller Seletar Airport in its lineup for complimentary limo rides.

Seletar Airport offers scheduled flights to and from Kuala Lumpur, plus some charter services.

The OCBC Voyage card has seen several adjustments to its limo benefit over the years.

In 2020, the minimum spend required per ride increased from S$3,000 to S$5,000. Then in 2023, the benefit was restructured from up to 24 rides per year (two per month for every S$5,000 spent) to the current quarterly system requiring S$12,000 spend for two rides, effectively reducing the maximum annual allocation from 24 to eight rides.

Despite this latest restriction, the OCBC Voyage card remains competitive in the premium credit card segment, particularly for those who travel frequently through Changi or Seletar Airport.

The card continues to offer:

  • 1.3 mpd for local spend (1.6 mpd for Premier / PPC versions)
  • 2.2 mpd for foreign currency transactions (2.3 mpd for Premier / PPC versions)
  • 15,000 bonus miles annually on payment of the S$498 annual fee
  • Unlimited DragonPass lounge access (at over 1,400 lounges worldwide)
  • 1:1 transfers to KrisFlyer miles, albeit with a S$25 conversion fee

For cardholders who primarily use the limo service for airport transfers anyway, this change won’t have much practical impact. However, those who valued the flexibility of accessing ferry terminals, cruise centres or land checkpoints will need to make alternative arrangements.

Limo rides must be booked through the OCBC app at least 48 hours in advance.

Ride vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue, though bookings can be made up to three months ahead, potentially allowing travel up to six months after the voucher is awarded.

No – the restriction is based on the ride date, not the booking date.

From 24th November 2025, the OCBC app will no longer allow selection of ferry terminals, cruise centres, bus terminals or land checkpoints, regardless of when the ride was earned or when the booking is attempted. To enjoy the old flexibility one last time, your actual ride must take place before 24th November 2025 (i.e. by this weekend).

We have a comprehensive guide on which miles-earning credit cards in Singapore offer at least some form of complimentary limo rides each year – typically restricted to and from Changi Airport and ranging from just one to 24 transfers per year.

We’ve also updated the guide to reflect this upcoming change for OCBC Voyage cardholders.

Summary

The OCBC Voyage card is joining others in the Singapore market by restricting its complimentary limo service to airport transfers only.

While the loss of ferry terminals, cruise centres, and land checkpoints reduces flexibility, the benefit still remains valuable for most frequent flyers who regularly travel through Changi Airport – or even Seletar for that matter.
