Back in early 2023, the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer programme launched a new partnership with restaurant booking service Quandoo, offering 100 KrisFlyer miles for every reservation made and completed using the platform.
The launch was quickly followed by a double miles promotion, with 200 miles on offer for every reservation over the Chinese New Year promo, and since then by our count there have been no fewer than ten 50% bonus promotions offered, giving you 150 miles per reservation for limited periods.

There’s always been an odd overlap though – SIA has its own restaurant reservation service in Singapore via the Kris+ app, originally dubbed “Makan+” but now mostly referred to as “Reserve A Table”.
This offers 100 KrisFlyer miles on completion of any reservation made at a wide range of restaurants across Singapore in partnership with Chope – and there has always been some significant overlap between Quandoo’s reservation list and this one.
That’s meant whenever Quandoo was running a bonus promotion (as recently as three months ago), it’s been better to use that platform to book your preferred restaurant, even if it’s available to book on both portals.
Quandoo partnership ending
Rather like Klook and KKday, which had their KrisFlyer partnerships axed in favour of SIA’s own competing Pelago platform, Quandoo also faces the chop from early 2026.
From 21 January 2026, you will no longer be able to earn KrisFlyer miles through your Quandoo dining experiences though you may receive KrisFlyer miles for reservations completed before this date.
Quandoo
That means even if your Quandoo and KrisFlyer accounts are linked, any reservations made for bookings on or after 21st January 2026 will no longer earn 100 miles.
Your latest booking for miles-earning will have to be on 20th January 2026 or earlier.

If you wish to earn miles during the partnership’s final month, make sure your Quandoo and KrisFlyer accounts are linked via the Singapore site at quandoo.sg.
Also remember that reservations made using the embedded Quandoo widget on a restaurant’s website, or on third party websites (including those that are “powered by Quandoo” or “in partnership with Quandoo”) are not eligible for KrisFlyer miles earning.
You will need to book your chosen restaurant directly via the Quandoo desktop site or mobile app, while logged on to your linked account, to be eligible for miles.
Quandoo is global
One great advantage of KrisFlyer miles earning with Quandoo restaurant bookings is the extensive global coverage of the programme, useful for overseas members and those based in Singapore who are making bookings while travelling.
The platform boasts restaurant partners not only in Singapore but in the following 10 countries too:
- Australia
- Austria
- Finland
- Germany
- Italy
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Switzerland
- Turkey
- United Kingdom
You can still earn KrisFlyer miles when booking and attending restaurant reservations in any of Quandoo’s markets globally, provided your accounts are linked, but this will no longer be possible from 21st January 2026 onwards.
Quandoo Loyalty Points still available
Quandoo still runs its own points programme, allowing you to earn Quandoo Loyalty Points for bookings, but this always replaced KrisFlyer miles earning (or vice-versa).
Since Quandoo points can then be used to redeem cashback into your bank account, once you’ve accrued at least 1,000 points, it was often a better deal to go for this option anyway when making a restaurant booking, rather than KrisFlyer miles.

Quandoo points can be redeemed for cashback in the following denominations:
- 1,000 points > S$15
- 5,000 points > S$75
- 10,000 points > S$150
Since you’ll accrue 200 Quandoo points for each reservation made using the app (Apple / Android), worth about S$3 in future cashback provided you will eventually achieve at least 1,000 points, this may be a better option than KrisFlyer miles anyway for many members.
Apart from needing at least 1,000 Quandoo points in order to convert to cashback, remember that you must make a successful reservation at least once every 180 days, otherwise you will lose any accrued points.
Summary
From 21st January 2026, the Quandoo and KrisFlyer partnership comes to an end, meaning you’ll no longer earn miles for restaurant bookings attended on or after that date.
If you’ve been using Quandoo for its global coverage across 10 countries other than Singapore, you’ll need to switch to SIA’s own Kris+ app for Singapore restaurant reservations, which offers 100 KrisFlyer miles per booking through its “Reserve A Table” feature – provided your preferred restaurant is listed there.
Alternatively, consider switching to Quandoo Loyalty Points instead of KrisFlyer miles. At 200 points per reservation (worth approximately S$3 in cashback), they may offer better value anyway, though you’ll need to accumulate at least 1,000 points to redeem, and make a booking every 180 days to keep your points alive, which could be easy to forget.
