Singapore Airlines’ Klook-style “destination discovery platform” Pelago is running a variety of deals for Black Friday, but one that may be of most interest to our readers is a limited-time miles boost for just for a single day only, on Friday 28th November 2025.
This will award 10 mpd for a variety of Pelago bookings made directly via the Pelago website using a promo code, allowing for a total earn rate of up to 14 mpd when combined with credit card points.
Earn 10 mpd on 28th November
Usually Pelago awards 3 KrisFlyer miles per S$1 spent on the site, transferred directly into your KrisFlyer account within a week after completing your booked activity.
Some activities now earn at a lower rate of 1 mpd, but thankfully most are still at the 3 mpd level year-round.
In this promotion you’ll earn 10 miles per dollar instead, for a single booking of S$200+ made through the site on 28th November 2025 only (0.00am to 11.59pm Singapore Time), using promo code FRIDAY10MPD at the checkout page.
The promo code can only be applied once per user.
The bonus is actually 7 mpd on top of the usual accrual rate, as follows:
- Activities with 3 mpd base earn = 10 mpd total (3 mpd + 7 mpd)
- Activities with 1 mpd base earn = 8 mpd total (1 mpd + 7 mpd)
Pelago mentions that limited redemptions apply, so if you have an activity booking in mind it might be worth jumping online just after midnight to lock it in with this generous bonus rate. Once the code is fully redeemed, it will stop working.

What is Pelago?
Pelago is a Singapore Airlines venture marketed as a “destination discovery platform”, currently offering a range of activities, experiences and attraction tickets in Singapore and SIA destinations like Phuket and London.
Activities and experiences available on Pelago include include theme park admission, food and drink tours, wellness treatments and museum tickets, with over 200,000 packages currently available ranging from a few dollars to several thousand dollars, including more than 500 here in Singapore itself.
If you’re familiar with online travel and experiences site Klook, it’s a very similar concept, though the big draw for our readers with Pelago is KrisFlyer miles earning when you spend.
Earn 14 mpd with the right credit card
Pelago’s payment provider uses the following Merchant Category Code (MCC) when processing credit card payments:

Pelago bookings via also qualify as online transactions, allowing you to earn up to an additional 4 mpd through your credit card rewards, for a total of 14 mpd during this promotion.

Don’t use your Citi Rewards card here. MCC 4722 (Travel) is explicitly excluded from earning the card’s 4 mpd bonus for online spend, meaning you’ll earn just 0.4 mpd. Unless you have one of the recommended cards listed above or have already maxed out your bonus earn cap, a solid general spend card is likely your best bet.
Do note that the HSBC Revolution card also no longer awards bonus points for MCC 4722 transactions, so avoid that one too.
Remember, even using a relatively mundane general spend credit card like the DBS Altitude, earning 1.3 mpd for local transactions, you’re getting a very respectable equivalent of 11.3 mpd under this Pelago offer, with no concerns about transaction eligibility or spend caps.
