The SIA “lifestyle app” Kris+ has a new bonus miles offer coming up for the Chinese New Year period, with up to 8,888 KrisFlyer miles on offer in addition to regular earning and credit card points when you make accumulated spend at a range of eligible dining partners over a six-week period.
At least 488 bonus miles are relatively easily available for a cumulative spend of S$250 or more across the promotion period, with the maximum bonus of 8,888 miles if you notch up a whopping S$5,000 or more spend on festive gatherings.
Kris+ Fortune Feast Challenge
From 12th January 2026 to 23rd February 2026, Kris+ is offering between 488 and 8,888 bonus miles when you spend a minimum of S$250 in total at over 65 dining merchants using Kris+ payment in Singapore.
Here’s how the bonus miles are awarded, depending on your total spend across all participating merchants between 12th January 2026 and 23rd February 2026.

For the avoidance of doubt, these bonus miles aren’t cumulative. Only the total spend you have made off during the promotion will determine the number of bonus miles you will be awarded (e.g. S$1,000 spend = 2,888 bonus miles).
The maximum bonus miles reward is therefore 8,888 miles per user.
However, as a couple you could each hit a total spend threshold and then each be awarded a bonus, for example if you hit S$750 and your partner hits S$750 that’s 1,888 bonus miles each (3,776 miles in total) – actually better than one of your clocking all S$1,500 spend and getting only 2,888 bonus miles.

In-app purchases are also eligible during this promotion. For example, you can purchase this voucher from Kwee Zeen during the promotion period, which can then be redeemed in-restaurant for six months (i.e. until at least mid-July 2026), and that will count as part of your total eligible spend.
That might prove useful if you find yourself falling slightly short of one of the spend thresholds towards the end of the promotion, to bump your bonus miles stash up to the next category.
When will the bonus miles credit?
Your spend at these merchants will initially earn the regular Kris+ accrual rate of 1 mpd to 6 mpd when you make payment via the Kris+ app.
Bonus miles from this promotion will be awarded within 14 days of the end date, which is by 9th March 2026.
Bonus miles from this promotion can be transferred into KrisFlyer miles, within 21 days of crediting as KrisPay miles to your Kris+ account.
Registration is necessary
You’ll have to register for this challenge at the Kris+ app, which you can do by clicking on the Fortune Feast Challenge icon from 12th January 2026 onwards.
Click the START CHALLENGE button and you’ll be registered for the promotion, and your spend at eligible merchants will start to be counted.
Remember you’ll still get the partner’s regular miles earn rate credited instantly to you for your purchase, before the bonus comes in later, but do wait till 12th January 2026 and be sure to register before clocking spend at these merchants.

Which card to use for Kris+ dining
As you probably already know, with Kris+ you’ll earn KrisPay miles for your transaction (which you then can and should convert into KrisFlyer miles), on top of the usual points you’ll get when using your best credit card to make in-app payment.
Where possible, you’ll want to be using a credit card offering a 4 mpd bonus rate when making payment at these restaurants, or via mobile wallets, which you’ll then earn separately and in addition to up to 7 mpd through Kris+.
The following cards will earn at their bonus rate of between 3 mpd and 4 mpd for spend in the specific dining MCCs listed.

Score 100 extra miles with reservation portals
Kris+ also has its own Makan+ restaurant reservation portal, powered by Chope.
This allows you to accrue 100 KrisPay miles (which can be converted into KrisFlyer miles) for each attended reservation year-round, including 14 of the 69 participating in this promotion:

This method is a no-brainer if you’re thinking of dining at one of these outlets during this promotion, with the reservation miles plus up to 6 mpd via Kris+ payment plus up to 4 mpd on your credit card, plus up to 8,888 bonus miles in total at the end of the promotion – potentially adding up to a serious stash.
For example, if you book and attend a reservation during the promotion at Tung Lok Signatures via Makan+ and spend S$250 on dinner using your DBS WWMC card via Kris+, you’ll receive:
- 100 KrisFlyer miles for attending the reservation
- 1,250 KrisFlyer miles for payment via the Kris+ app (5 mpd)
- 1,000 KrisFlyer miles from your DBS Points for the payment itself (4 mpd)
- 488 KrisFlyer miles bonus (assuming this is your only eligible spend during the promo, higher spend means higher tiers)
That’s a total of at least 2,838 KrisFlyer miles for a S$250 dinner – equivalent to 11.4 mpd.
Summary
Kris+ is offering up to 8,888 bonus KrisPay miles, fully transferable to KrisFlyer miles, when you meet total cumulative spend at multiple dining outlets across the city from an eligible list of 69 merchants between 12th January 2026 and 23rd February 2026.
To be eligible you must first enrol for the promotion via the Kris+ app, which will be possible from 12th January 2026, then make your first spend transaction at any eligible merchant. Your total spend will be tracked and the bonus miles level determined by your final tally.
Bonus miles will be awarded by 9th March 2026 and can then be transferred to KrisFlyer miles, which is exactly what you should be doing with them for best value.
