Back in June last year, we reported on some restaurant dining options at Singapore Changi Airport being added to the Priority Pass network, as an alternative to the more traditional lounge visit redemption, reflecting an increasingly popular option in the programme in other countries over recent years.
While we’re probably all familiar with the third-party lounge visit options Priority Pass offers at Changi, totalling 10 options across four terminals (and Jewel), it’s fair to say they’re all a bit ‘samey’, and these days especially – often crowded.
The F&B selection at these lounges can also be decidedly average, compared to what you might expect at an airport restaurant.
Here’s a summary of the alternative options at your disposal for a Priority Pass visit, ranging from set menus to spa treatments to fixed discounts off the bill at a variety of airport outlets.
How it works
These restaurant and spa offerings on Priority Pass (and LoungeKey, a subset of Priority Pass) at Changi Airport are available for members to redeem for one standard lounge visit entitlement. This then allows you to receive:
- a set menu meal per restaurant per 24-hour period; or
- a fixed credit against the à la carte menu per restaurant per 24-hour period; or
- a treatment option at the spa.
Where you have a guest, an additional visit will be deducted from your Priority Pass account and the same benefit will apply to the guest.
For example, at a restaurant offering S$33.50 off the bill if you register yourself and one guest for dining there will be two lounge visit deductions applied, and you will receive S$67 off the bill (S$33.50 + S$33.50).
Those with unlimited Priority Pass visits including a guest, for example via the Citi Prestige card, will benefit most here – since one guest visit is free with that membership type.
Note that each customer redeeming a Priority Pass visit must have their own boarding card, so it’s not possible to double your allowance at a single restaurant, even if you have an unlimited Priority Pass account with a complimentary guest allowance.
However, you can proceed to a different restaurant on the list and make a separate visit there, or head to a Priority Pass lounge, even after redeeming a visit elsewhere in the airport.

Traditional lounge options
If the non-lounge options Priority Pass is now offering at Changi Airport don’t excite you, there are still 10 traditional third-party airport lounges you can access using the programme.
Options are available in the airside (transit area) of all four terminals, plus a landside (public area) option in Jewel, adjacent to the Terminal 1 arrivals hall.
Here’s the full rundown, as of June 2024.

It’s not just Singapore
Redeeming Priority Pass visits for non-lounge experiences isn’t exclusive to Singapore Changi Airport.
In fact, Singapore was quite late to the game – these options have been common at airports in countries like Australia, the UK and the USA for quite a few years already, but Changi only really joined the party properly in 2023.
For example, at Melbourne Airport T2 (International) in Australia, Priority Pass and LoungeKey members can redeem one of their complimentary lounge visits instead for a dining rebate of AU$36 at one of four restaurants in the terminal.
If a guest visit allowance is also used, a rebate of AU$72 is unlocked, with one cardholder visit and one guest visit then deducted from your allowance, just like it works in Singapore too.
It’s therefore definitely worth checking what all the options are wherever in the world you find yourself departing from, with a full list of lounge and non-lounge options searchable via the Priority Pass app.
Which credit cards offer Priority Pass?
The following credit cards in Singapore offer Priority Pass or LoungeKey membership, including a selected number of complimentary visits each year.
Card | Free Visits | |
Per Calendar Year | Per Membership Year
AMEX KF HighFlyer |
— | 2 |
AMEX Platinum Charge AMEX Centurion |
Unlimited + up to 2 guests |

Citi PremierMiles | 2 | — |
Citi Prestige Citi ULTIMA |

DBS Altitude Visa | — | 2 |
DBS Insignia | Unlimited
DBS Vantage | — | 10 |
HSBC VI | Unlimited | |
Maybank VI | — | 4 |
SC PBVI | — | 12* |
SC Journey | — | 2 |
SCVI | — | 6 |
UOB Reserve | Unlimited + 1 guest |
* Subject to S$200k+ in average deposits over the last three months, otherwise 2 visits per membership year. Unlimited visits plus one guest for Priority Private or Private Banking Programme members (S$1.5m+ average deposits)
Accompanying guest visits, or those used over and above your annual allocation, are typically charged at US$35 per person per visit.
Some of these cards also offer visit entitlements to your supplementary cardholders. Be sure to check out our recently updated guide to Singapore credit cards with free airport lounge access for the full rundown.
Do note that if you’re holding a Priority Pass via an American Express card, you’re restricted to lounge access only at Singapore Changi Airport and overseas, meaning you can’t benefit from these non-lounge experiences like dining credits and spa treatments.
This applies to those holding the AMEX KF HighFlyer, AMEX Platinum Charge and AMEX Centurion cards in Singapore.
DragonPass also offers non-lounge options
In case you thought dining, bar and spa alternatives to traditional lounge access were exclusive to Priority Pass members, don’t worry, DragonPass members get some options here too.
For the most part, the selection at Changi for DragonPass cardholders is similar to the Priority Pass ones outlined above.
However, DragonPass members can redeem offers at Pret a Manger and Hudsons Coffee in T3 , Hudson Kiosk in T2, and Thai Noodle Bar in T1, while some options like Asian Street Kitchen don’t make the list.
That’s good news for those holding cards like the HSBC T1, OCBC Voyage and UOB VI Metal, which use the DragonPass network for complimentary lounge access visits.
Summary
Lounge membership programmes like Priority Pass are no longer just about the traditional third-party lounge visit entitlement, with a growing number of dining and spa options at airports around the world, now also including here at Singapore Changi.
There are now 12 options across all four terminals at the airport, including set dining menus, fixed F&B rebates and even spa treatments if you’re departing from T2.
Those with unlimited lounge access memberships benefit the most, since this new option allows a little preflight ‘safari’ potentially including several restaurant, bar and lounge visits, all within the uncapped complimentary allowance.

PSA, I just attempted to use Amex-issued Priority Pass at TGM at T2 Airside and was unsuccessful.. Apparently not since April..
Only the Amex Priority Pass does not include non-lounge access. My Priotity Pass from other cards such as Citi Prestige & HSBC Loungekey was accepted.
