SIA’s “lifestyle app” Kris+ has a new bonus miles offer running over the next six weeks, with 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles on offer in addition to regular earning and credit card points when you spend at least S$250 per transaction at over 50 dining partners across Singapore.
This deal stacks with regular miles earning of up to 9 mpd and credit card earning of up to 4 mpd at these outlets – meaning for the most optimal spend of exactly S$250 at a 9 mpd restaurant you can effectively net a total of 15 mpd using the right credit card.
Kris+ Feast for Bonus Miles
Between 2nd January 2025 at 10am Singapore Time and 12th February 2025 11.59pm Singapore Time, Kris+ is offering 500 bonus miles when you dine at over 50 Chinese restaurants.
In order to be eligible for the 500 bonus miles, you will have to make a minimum spend in a single transaction of S$250 or more at a partner restaurant during the promo period, using your credit or debit card through the Kris+ app via Google Pay or Apple Pay.
You’ll only be able to do this once per user per participating restaurant, but you can dine at multiple participating restaurants during the promo period and earn 500 bonus miles at each one.
For example, if you spend S$250 or more per transaction at four different partner restaurants during this campaign, you’ll net a total of 2,000 bonus miles.
Registration is necessary
You’ll have to register for this promotion at the Kris+ app, by clicking on ‘Feast for Bonus Miles’ under the ‘Ongoing Promotions’ section of the homepage.
Click the START CHALLENGE button and you’ll then be able to register for the promotion.
There is no upper cap for this deal, so you may as well register for it even if you don’t think you’ll end up participating.

Remember the 500 miles bonus applies only once per S$250 spend per partner, but you can repeat the process at multiple partners across the next six weeks to stack your rewards.
As a couple, you can visit the same partner twice and spend S$250+ each time, accruing 500 bonus miles on both occasions, provided you use a different Kris+ user account for each of the payment transactions.
When is the bonus credited?
You won’t see the 500 bonus miles credited at the time of your Kris+ transaction at these partners.
Instead, total bonus miles earned throughout the campaign will be credited into your Kris+ wallet 14 days after the end of the promotion period, which is on 26th February 2025.
These miles are transferable to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of being credited – and as we always say that’s exactly what you should be doing with them to extract best future value against a flight redemption.

Up to 150 extra miles with reservation portals
KrisFlyer has a partnership with restaurant reservation portal Quandoo, and currently there’s a 50% bonus miles promotion ongoing for bookings made and completed through to 10th January 2025.
That’s good news because it means netting an additional 150 KrisFlyer miles just for booking and attending the reservation itself, but sadly it’s only possible at selected restaurants in this Feast for Bonus Miles Kris+ deal.
Kris+ has also has its own Makan+ restaurant reservation portal powered by Chope.
This allows you to accrue 100 KrisPay miles (which can be converted into KrisFlyer miles) for each attended reservation year-round, including some of those participating in this Feast for Bonus Miles promotion.
Both of these methods are a no-brainer if you’re thinking of dining at one of these outlets between now and 12th February 2025, with the reservation miles plus up to 9 mpd via Kris+ payment plus up to 4 mpd on your credit card plus 500 bonus miles (for S$250+ spend), potentially adding up to a serious stash.

Which card to use
As you probably already know, with Kris+ you’ll earn KrisPay miles for your transaction (which you then can and should convert into KrisFlyer miles), on top of the usual points you’ll get when using your best credit card to make in-app payment.
Where possible, you’ll want to be using a credit card offering a 4 mpd bonus rate when making payment at these restaurants, or via mobile wallets, which you’ll then earn separately and in addition to between 3 mpd and 9 mpd through Kris+.
The following cards will earn at their bonus rate of between 3 mpd and 4 mpd for spend in the specific dining MCCs listed.

UOB Lady’s SolitaireDon’t use your Citi Rewards card to make payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay on Kris+, since online transactions using this card specifically exclude mobile wallet payments and will therefore earn at the basic rate of 0.4 mpd.
Still unsure?
If you’re not sure whether your bonus miles credit card is eligible for the merchant of your choice, our advice is to use your best card for general spend miles accrual, especially if the transaction is substantial.
For smaller amounts you may wish to take the chance, but remember most bonus category spend credit cards earn just 0.4 mpd when you make transactions that the bank decides don’t qualify.
Summary
Kris+ is offering 500 bonus KrisPay miles, fully transferable to KrisFlyer miles, when you spend at least S$250 in a single transaction at over 50 Chinese restaurants across the island between now and 12th February 2025.
While this is a once per user per restaurant deal, you can visit multiple partners throughout the six-week campaign and earn 500 bonus miles at each of them – potentially adding up to a nice stash of additional miles.
To be eligible you must first enrol for the promotion via the Kris+ app, then make your first S$250+ spend transaction at any participating merchant for a 500 miles bonus. After that, 500 bonus miles will continue to be awarded for each unique participating merchant you spend S$250 or more at during the promotion.
Total bonus miles will be awarded in one batch on 26th February 2025, and can then be transferred to KrisFlyer miles – which is exactly what you should be doing with them for best value.
