Scoot, the budget arm of Singapore Airlines, recently joined KrisFlyer’s monthly Spontaneous Escapes award redemption discount offer, and the deal for June 2026 is no exception with the low-cost carrier offering 15% off saver rates on selected routes across its network.
As with Singapore Airlines Spontaneous Escapes deal (full details here), you’ll need to secure your tickets within the next two weeks, though the sooner the better is a good plan, since award seats at these discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deals this month include Kuala Lumpur for just 1,275 miles, Bali for 3,825 miles, Taipei for 5,525 miles, Osaka for 10,625 miles and Sydney for 10,625 miles.
Always remember though that Scoot Economy fares can be very competitive, even for short-term travel, and taxes are still payable on award tickets, so make sure the discounted miles outlay actually represents good value (ideally 2 cents+ per mile saving) before committing.
If you do find a route of interest, you’ll need to book these ‘Scoot Promo’ awards over the next two weeks – between 15th May 2026 and 31st May 2026 – for travel in June 2026, but remember there’s no flexibility and no refunds are allowed, as usual with Scoot awards using KrisFlyer miles.

Here are the terms and conditions for Scoot’s Spontaneous Escapes promotion.
June 2026 offer
- A 15% discount on saver award redemptions for travel to and/or from selected destinations in June 2026.
- Redeem online at flyscoot.com between 15th May 2026 and 31st May 2026.
- Travel must be completed by 30th June 2026.
- Flights are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Blackout dates apply on some routes (see the full list below for details).
- Book one-way legs if the discount only applies on one of the two (or more) flights you need. You cannot book one-way Spontaneous Escapes and one-way Saver / Advantage awards in the same booking.
- Book as many redemptions as you like at Scoot Promo rates – it’s not capped.
- You cannot waitlist for Scoot Promo redemptions.
- Requests to change any booking details, or to retain the ticket for future use, will not be granted.

Scoot awards using KrisFlyer miles are always non-refundable year-round, so there is no loss of flexibility when booking a Spontaneous Escapes award on these flights for June 2026, since you always need to be committed to these ‘use them or lose them’ redemptions on the low-cost carrier anyway.
What if you already booked?
Existing Scoot bookings at normal award rates are non-refundable, so unfortunately you are now stuck with your full-priced award even if it is now included in the Spontaneous Escapes deal.
