KrisFlyer UOB cards offering 3,000 bonus miles on SIA bookings

KrisFlyer UOB cardholders can earn 3,000 bonus miles on a single S$2,000+ Singapore Airlines booking over the next week, but only the first 1,000 to register will qualify.

Coinciding with Singapore Airlines’ Time to Fly travel fair, which runs at Suntec from today until Sunday, UOB and SIA have launched a bonus miles offer for holders of the KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card and KrisFlyer UOB Debit Card.

As with previous rounds of this deal, registration is required and it is limited to the first 1,000 cardholders, so if you’re planning to book anyway, it’s worth getting in early.

This offer is for new Singapore Airlines bookings made via the singaporeair.com website or the SingaporeAir mobile app between 23rd October 2026 and 30th October 2026.

The bonus miles are not automatic. You need to register for the promotion using UOB’s online form, which went live at 2.45pm today (23rd October 2026).

The booking and the registration can happen in either order, provided both fall within the promotion period of 23rd to 30th October 2026. However, the 1,000 places go to the first 1,000 registrations, not the first 1,000 qualifying bookings, so we’d register as soon as you know you’ll be booking.

You only need to register once, and the confirmation message you see on submitting the form doesn’t guarantee the award. UOB will still check that you’ve met all the conditions.

The form asks for the principal cardholder’s full name, date of birth and mobile number, all of which must match UOB’s records, plus the last four digits of your card and which KrisFlyer UOB card you’re using. If you hold both the credit and debit card, register the one you’ll actually pay with, since spend can’t be combined across the two.

There are a few rules to be aware of when you book:

  • S$2,000 in a single transaction: Two separate S$1,000 bookings won’t qualify, even though they add up to S$2,000. If you’re booking for more than one passenger, put everyone on the same booking and pay in one go.
  • No combining cards: Spend on the KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card and KrisFlyer UOB Debit Card can’t be added together to reach the threshold.
  • Supplementary credit cards count: A booking charged to a supplementary KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card accrues to the principal cardholder, but only the principal cardholder can register.
  • Cash fares only: Award tickets booked with KrisFlyer miles don’t qualify, including the taxes and fees you pay on them.
  • Don’t cancel: If your booking is later cancelled, UOB can forfeit the bonus or, if it’s already been credited, charge you its full retail value.

Unlike the Time to Fly sale fares, the T&Cs set no travel period or departure point, so any qualifying cash booking on Singapore Airlines counts.

The KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card already earns 3 mpd year-round on Singapore Airlines spend, uncapped, so the 3,000 bonus miles sit on top of that.

Here’s how it looks for a single S$2,000 booking on the credit card:

  • 6,000 KrisFlyer miles at the card’s usual 3 mpd rate
  • 3,000 KrisFlyer miles bonus from this promotion
  • 9,000 KrisFlyer miles in total, equivalent to 4.5 mpd

The bonus is a flat 3,000 miles however much you spend above S$2,000, so the effective rate drops away the further your booking goes beyond that.

(4 mpd)
S$5,000 15,000 3,000 18,000
(3.6 mpd)

If you value KrisFlyer miles at around 1.8 cents each, that puts the 3,000 bonus miles at roughly S$54, or a 2.7% rebate on a S$2,000 booking.

For credit card holders, a S$2,000 Singapore Airlines transaction also clears the S$1,000 annual SIA Group spend needed to unlock the card’s 2.4 mpd Accelerated Miles rate on dining, food delivery, online shopping, travel and transport for your current card membership year.

KrisFlyer UOB Debit Card holders earn at their own card’s rate on the booking, with the same 3,000 miles bonus on top.

There’s a second Time to Fly promotion that KrisFlyer UOB cardholders may be able to combine with this one.

Mastercard is giving S$50 worth of KrisPay miles for Singapore Airlines bookings made from 23rd to 30th October 2026, and the minimum spend is lower for KrisFlyer UOB cards, at S$1,000 rather than the S$1,200 required on other Mastercards.

On the face of it, a S$2,000 booking on your KrisFlyer UOB card meets the criteria for both. There is a catch, though. UOB’s T&Cs state that this promotion isn’t valid with any other KrisFlyer UOB card promotion with Singapore Airlines.

The Mastercard offer is run by SIA and Mastercard rather than UOB, so our reading is that it shouldn’t be caught by that clause. However, it does carry a specific KrisFlyer UOB tier, so we can’t rule out UOB taking a different view.

A few points to note on the Mastercard offer:

  • Separate registration: You’ll need to register via SIA’s Mastercard redemption form, and be a Kris+ member.
  • Only 200 rewards: Even tighter than the UOB quota, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Singapore departures only: The first boarding point of the itinerary must be Singapore.
  • KrisPay miles, not KrisFlyer miles: They can only be spent within the Kris+ app, can’t be transferred to KrisFlyer, and expire six months after they’re credited, which will be by 31st January 2027.

If both pay out, a single S$2,000 Singapore Airlines booking on the KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card could earn you 9,000 KrisFlyer miles plus S$50 in KrisPay miles, provided you’re quick enough to secure a place on both.

The bonus 3,000 KrisFlyer miles will be credited automatically to the KrisFlyer account linked to your KrisFlyer UOB card by 28th February 2027.

Make sure your KrisFlyer membership is still linked to the card at that point, and that the card account remains open and in good standing. If it’s closed or suspended before the bonus is credited, the miles are forfeited.

The regular miles earned on your Singapore Airlines booking will credit to your KrisFlyer account on a monthly basis with your card statement, as usual.

Summary

If you book Singapore Airlines flights between 23rd and 30th October 2026 and pay at least S$2,000 in a single transaction with your KrisFlyer UOB Credit or Debit Card, you can earn 3,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles, provided you’re among the first 1,000 to register.

On the credit card that’s equivalent to 4.5 mpd on a S$2,000 booking, and the separate Mastercard offer may add a further S$50 in KrisPay miles on top, though UOB’s T&Cs leave some doubt over whether the two can actually be combined.

It’s less generous than the version of this deal UOB ran through 2023, which paid 1,500 bonus miles per S$500 of cumulative spend up to 6,000 miles. This time it’s half the miles for the same S$2,000, and it has to be spent in one go.

Still, if you were planning a Singapore Airlines booking of S$2,000 or more anyway, it’s free miles for the effort of filling in a form. Just don’t let it tempt you into a trip you weren’t going to take, and register early, since 1,000 places likely won’t last long.
