Connect Lounge at Changi Airport T2 joins Priority Pass

Priority Pass members can now access 'Connect at Changi Airport' in Terminal 2, a space to work and grab some complimentary F&B before your flight.

Last month we reported on several dining outlets at Singapore Changi Airport joining the Priority Pass programme, adding some restaurant options to the longstanding list of lounges accessible to those with a same-day boarding pass.

Now there’s another new option available to members in Terminal 2, in the form of a “business networking lounge”, designed primarily for those needing to catch up on work before their flight, or in between flights.

Connect at Changi Airport joins Priority Pass

The Connect at Changi lounge is a collaboration between Changi Airport Group and flexible workspace provider Garage Society.

It is located in the transit area at Terminal 2, after immigration clearance on Level 3. Take the escalator to Level 3 and you’ll see the lounge on the right hand side, near the SATS Premier Lounge.

Connect is ideal for travelling entrepreneurs and members of the mobile workforce who need a place to work between flights. Connect is a business networking location equipped with meeting and business spaces.

Priority Pass

The facility is open from 6.15am to 7pm each day.

Priority Pass members can redeem one of their annual visits at this lounge for:

  • A maximum three-hour ‘workspace’ usage, including high-speed Wi-Fi and charging outlets
  • Free flow black coffee, house tea and selected snacks
  • S$20 F&B allowance from the Café menu, including alcoholic beverages

Conference facilities and private meeting rooms are subject to additional payment.

Food options on the menu include wraps and cakes, or more substantial dishes like Salmon or Beef Lasagne and Chicken Pot Pie.

Those with a Priority Pass via the Citi Prestige card will benefit most here – since one guest visit is free with that membership type (and since it’s unlimited, you can then head to another Priority Pass lounge if you wish).

Access is also available to LoungeKey members, a subset of Priority Pass.

Plaza Premium lounges are back on Priority Pass

The addition of Connect at Changi to the programme comes as 63 Plaza Premium lounges also recently joined the Priority Pass network, most of them re-joiners, including the popular one at Changi Airport Terminal 1.

Alongside the recent addition of new dining options on Priority Pass at Changi Airport, this now opens up a wide variety of lounges, restaurants and co-working spaces available through the programme, which is great news for members, many of whom have a Priority Pass linked to their credit card account.

Summary

Priority Pass has been adding a number of options for members at Singapore Changi Airport, most recently including set meals at specific restaurants in addition to the usual third-party lounge access offering.

This latest addition is an interesting co-working space, inclusive of a S$20 F&B credit and up to three hour visit time, which could work perfectly for those departing from Terminal 2 who primarily need to get some productive work done before their flight.

    1. Visited on 31st July, it is not a conducive place for meetings online or in-person. very small, cramped, and not comfortable. I would stick to the regular lounge, but just drop in for the $20 credit that can be used for coffee and cake, including takeaways.
