Earn up to 12 mpd on Pelago bookings via Kris+

Get an uncapped 8 mpd on Pelago bookings made via the Kris+ app till 30th November, plus up to 4 mpd when you pay with the right credit card.

Singapore Airlines’ Klook-like experiences and activities portal Pelago has been pushing some aggressive bonus miles earning deals over recent months, allowing KrisFlyer members to net up to 12 mpd for booking plus up to a further 4 mpd using the right credit card, for up to 16 mpd in total.

That top rate was on offer via Kris+ back in June, and again for direct bookings throughout October using a limited promo code.

This latest Kris+ offer is a step down at 8 mpd, plus up to 4 mpd from your credit card, for up to 12 mpd in total.

Pelago bookings made via the Kris+ app between 2nd November 2026 and 30th November 2026 will earn a bonus rate of 8 mpd. That’s up from the usual 3 mpd for Pelago bookings via Kris+, and well ahead of the 1-3 mpd Pelago normally awards for direct bookings via its own website or app.

With up to 4 mpd when making payment using a bonus miles-earning credit card, subject to your monthly spend limits, that’s up to 12 mpd total earning for these experiences, which can be future-dated.

You can now book any Pelago activity worldwide and pay using the Kris+ app. To search and book, you’ll need to have the latest version of the app installed (Apple | Google).

Simply click the new Pelago link at the top of the screen after you launch the app.

You will still need to log in to (or create) a Pelago account in order to make a booking.

Once you select your activity and proceed to pay, you’ll be redirected back to the Kris+ app to make payment. Do note that Kris+ payments are capped at S$20,000 per day, worth bearing in mind for higher-value experience bookings.

As you can see, 8 mpd is being offered, before your credit card points come into play.

Activities and experiences available on Pelago include theme park admission, food and drink tours, wellness treatments, museum tickets, eSIMs and airport transfers, with over 200,000 packages currently available.

Pricing ranges from just a few dollars to several thousand, with around 500 experiences available here in Singapore alone, even if you don’t have travel plans.

Alongside the bonus miles, Pelago is offering KrisFlyer Exclusive deals via Kris+, with savings of up to 25% on selected activities. You’ll find these by looking for the KrisFlyer Exclusive tag when browsing.

Note that these deals are excluded from the 8 mpd offer, as well as any other mpd promotions or miles redemption deals on Kris+.

At 8 mpd you’re earning 5 mpd more than the usual 3 mpd Kris+ rate. Valuing KrisFlyer miles at 1.8 cents each, that’s worth around 9% of your spend. As a rough guide, a KrisFlyer Exclusive discount of more than about 10% will usually beat the bonus miles, assuming the base 3 mpd still applies to those bookings (the T&Cs only exclude the promotional rate).

While Kris+ used to award miles instantly for Pelago bookings, like it does for other earn transactions, unfortunately this benefit ceased back in August 2025.

Now your miles will only be credited one day after your activity has been completed. That’s still quicker than booking directly via the Pelago website, where miles credit one week after your activity.

Unfortunately, that means a Kris+ Pelago booking isn’t usually a quick way to top up your miles balance any more, unless your activity is in the very near future.

Pelago’s payment provider uses the following Merchant Category Code (MCC) when processing credit card payments:

MCC 4722 Travel Agencies and Tour Operators

Pelago bookings via Kris+ also qualify as online transactions, allowing you to earn up to an additional 4 mpd through your credit card rewards, for a total of up to 12 mpd during this promotion.

The KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card should get a special mention here – at 3 mpd with no upper cap, it gives you 11 mpd on higher-value bookings that would otherwise blow through the S$1,000 monthly caps on most 4 mpd cards.

Don’t use your Citi Rewards card for Pelago bookings, since MCC 4722 falls under the travel category, specifically excluded from earning the 4 mpd rate for online spend with that card.

It will therefore only earn 0.4 mpd, so it’s probably much better in that case to use your best general spend card, assuming you don’t have one of the above options, or have already hit your monthly bonus cap with these other cards.

Do note that the HSBC Revolution card has not awarded bonus points for MCC 4722 transactions, since 2024 – so avoid that one too.

Don’t forget – transfer straight to KrisFlyer miles

Once you’ve earned miles from a Pelago booking via the Kris+ app, or indeed have earned any miles from merchant payment via Kris+, always remember to transfer them to KrisFlyer miles.

Why? Well KrisPay miles can only be transferred to your KrisFlyer account within 21 days of being credited. For Pelago bookings, the clock starts when the miles land after your activity, not on the booking date.

You can do so later (within 21 days), but why wait?

Miss that window and the miles are stuck as KrisPay miles, which expire six months after they’re earned and can then only be spent at a poor rate of 100 KrisPay miles to S$1 – so it pays to transfer quickly.

Remember that KrisPay miles earned per transaction can only be transferred to your account in their entirety. If you earned 100 KrisPay miles from a single Kris+ transaction, for example, the full 100 KrisPay miles must be transferred to your KrisFlyer account. If you have already spent some of your KrisPay miles earned, a partial transfer option is not available.

We therefore recommend transferring to KrisFlyer as soon as your KrisPay miles are credited, in case you either forget or make a mistake later.

However, there’s now the option to auto-transfer accrued KrisPay miles to your KrisFlyer account without having to go through these additional clicks.

You can do so via the Wallet > Transfer to KrisFlyer page. Simply enable the ‘Auto-transfer to KrisFlyer’ button as shown above, and the process will be automated whenever you accrue KrisPay miles at a merchant.

Summary

Between 2nd November 2026 and 30th November 2026, you’ll net 8 mpd when locking in Pelago experiences worldwide and making payment via the Kris+ app.

This latest offer means up to 12 mpd in total with many popular miles-earning cards on the market in Singapore when you spend within their monthly limits, but also crucially an uncapped 11 mpd with the KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card – great for expensive experience bookings that exceed 4 mpd card caps.

Just remember that KrisFlyer Exclusive deals don’t qualify for the bonus miles.
